i) B-Flex : Flexible metallic conduits are made of three layer sandwich design formed by a special tube manufacturing machine.

ii) B-Flex : Flexible metallic conduits are designed and manufactured as per the international standards and can be used in any electrical installation.

iv) B-Flex : Flexible metallic conduits can be bend easily by hand and retain the shape once formed after the force is removed and it is strong enough to withstand a hydraulic pressure up to 2 kg/cm2.

v) B-Flex : Flexible metallic conduits are not affected by vibrations and offer high water and atmospheric resistance, as it is made from hot dip zinc coated steel strip inside and outside with craft paper insulation in between them. It is highly resistant to corrosion and heat.

vii)B-Flex : Flexible metallic conduits are available in 50 meters length, requiring less joints and accessories and therefore are more economical.

viii) B-Flex : Flexible metallic conduits are light weight and supplied in wound coils, therefore consuming less space during storage and easily transportable. The risk of accidents is minimum.

iii) B-Flex : Flexible metallic conduits are free from burrs and sharp edges and offers excellent mechanical protection to cables/wires.

vi) B-Flex : Flexible metallic conduits contain threads which are formed during manufacturing so it can be easily connected where ever it is cut, using simple B-Flex conduit accessories. The installation work can be completed quickly and easily even in interiors with complex structures.

ix) B-Flex : Flexible metallic conduits can be easily cut at site with simple tools. Special tools such as thread cutting and benders etc. are not necessary at installation site.

APPLICATIONS

B-Flex : Flexible metallic conduits are ideal for wiring and cabling on commercial and industrial applications like, Thermal/Hydro Power Plants, Oil Refinery, Fertilizer Plants, Boilers, Air-conditioning, Refrigeration Plants, Underground Wiring on signals on express highways, Multistory Commercial Complexes, Hospitals and Institutional Buildings etc. These are best suited for Railways, Motor Vehicles, Internal wiring inside the machinery where S-bends are required.
